The Space:
Welcome to Capitola Vistas, a charming two-bedroom unit located in the heart of Capitola village. This recently updated unit is perfect for anyone seeking a clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
One bedroom features a luxurious king bed and the cozy second bedroom a queen bed.

Just steps from your door, you'll find great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric coastal town with plenty of surf spots and boutique shops. The town is beloved by beachgoers and surfers, yet it retains its distinctive and quaint character.

The unit includes a reserved parking space for your convenience. Additionally, a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer is available for use. One dog is allowed with a $75 non-refundable pet fee, but please note that due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The only issues for us were noise from the traffic, the master suite did not get dark at night because of all the neighborhood lights, and we were very dissappointed to have to use coins for the washer and dryer. We should not have to pay extra or be inconvenienced like that to clean our clothes.

Great place & location

Good space. Location was great, although if you leave the windows open, it can be a bit noisy. But, they are double-paned so super quiet when closed. The addition of a parking space with this rental is a bonus. We had a great short stay and would highly recommended. Communication with Jody was excellent.

Wonderful

This is a very nice condo in great condition and with very nice amenities. Loved the location, so close to the beach and village. Great views of the beach and ocean from several rooms and the nice balcony. On site parking was nice.

Awesome Place

The best thing about this place is that it is wheelchair accessible which is what I needed for my husband. The master bedroom is amazingly spacious as is the living room and kitchen. Easy walk to the village.

Really enjoyed this property and its proximity to the colorful Capitola shopping and the ocean! Surf City was responsive and helpful with a (dumb) question we had for them about the master door. Lol!

The location to downtown was incredible, just a quick walk. The famed Shadowbrook restaurant is only a 15 minute walk! Ocean view was beautiful in the morning. Kitchen was very well outfitted, but the dishwasher needs to be bolted in because it starts to fall forward as it’s loaded. We are going to make this VRBO an annual trip because it was fantastic! Great communication from the host as well!

Had a good time. The place was clean and all supplies needed were provided. Very noisy because of tragic. Had to keep windows closed. Great view of town and ocean from balcony. Dishwasher needs to be installed properly. Master bathroom shower head needs replacing.

Capitola- great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The floor plan allowed our family to find a private space as well a large living space for congregating. It was comfortable and located so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quietness of the location at night,.. although there was some traffic, it was very peaceful and comfortable.

Beautiful Family vacation

We had such a wonderfully relaxing time staying in this beautiful vacation condo two blocks from the beach right in the center of the cute little town of Capitola. It’s close to a Whole Foods and the children’s museum is less than 10 minutes drive away for your under five-year-olds. We will definitely be coming to stay again!

Great location and great for our dog

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was within walking distance of the beach and within the village. It was also a great place for our dog's first trip to the ocean. The front patio was perfect for her to dry out before entering the unit. Also, the manager was very available for any issue. Very much appreciated that!

Our new Capitola favorite!!!

This place is amazing. It’s really cozy and has everything you need. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful, and at night the trees are lit up with white lights, it looks like a Christmas movie. The location is perfect, you can park your car and walk everywhere. We love Capitola village. The host was also very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back! Book now before it’s gone!!

Beautiful Condo walking distance to Capitola Beach

My friends and I decided to go to Capitola for 4th of July weekend and stayed at this lovely condo. We love the location as it is a few steps away from Capitola beach and walking distance to all the shops & restaurants. Location was so convenient especially for a busy holiday weekend as a didn’t have to worry about parking and carrying so much to the beach. The condo was pretty clean and has great views, it gets a lot of sunlight. Would definitely stay here again for a mini getaway. Just need to keep in mind that there’s only 1 reserved parking.
