The Space:
Welcome to The Capitola Beach Haven, our charming beach cottage nestled in the heart of Capitola, California. Located within walking distance of the beach, a variety of bars, restaurants, and shopping outlets, our property puts you right in the middle of all the action.

The Capitola Beach Haven is conveniently split into two units, making it perfect for families who appreciate both togetherness and privacy. The left unit features a cozy living area, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. The right unit includes two bedrooms - one with a bunk bed - a room with a double bed, and another full bathroom with a shower. There is also a daybed in the common area which makes it possible to sleep the 7th guest. This unique setup allows you to walk through each room in a line to the back of the unit, providing a cozy, homey feeling. Please note that the bathrooms are equipped with showers only; there are no bath tubs available. There is no washer or dryer on the property.

Please note: there is only one parking pass provided for this unit. There is no free village parking for a second car.

After a day of beach fun or exploring Capitola's vibrant streets, come back to unwind on our private patio nestled between the two units. Outfitted with comfortable outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, and delightful bistro lights, it's the perfect place for a relaxing evening under the stars.

Other things to note:

- This neighborhood is very lively and located in downtown Capitola Village, so there is some traffic noise throughout the day and occasionally at night.

- There is no on site parking, however we do provide a parking permit and a map to the permitted spaces.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.
Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.
Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
