The space

Four bedrooms and seven baths give ten guests room to move, rest, and breathe freely. Air conditioning keeps every room cool against the Caribbean warmth, and the villa is stocked with soft bed linens, towels, hangers, and all the essentials you need to settle in without effort. Clothing storage, a dedicated workspace, and ceiling fans throughout add comfort and practicality for stays of any length.



Outdoor living

Step outside and the island opens up. A family pool anchors the outdoor area, surrounded by space to stretch out and take in the surroundings. A separate kids' pool gives younger guests their own place to play. Two fire pits invite the group together after dark, and three outdoor showers make the transition from beach to villa easy and refreshing. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex - 167 meters of private shoreline where the water is yours to enjoy at your own pace. A dock accommodates vessels up to 60 feet for those arriving or departing by sea.



Sleeping arrangements

The four bedrooms are distributed across the villa to give each guest a sense of their own space. With five beds and seven baths across the property, mornings stay easy and evenings feel unhurried, whether you are traveling as a family or among friends.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, cooking basics, and all the dishes and silverware you need. Prepare meals indoors or take them outside to the patio dining area, where the breeze makes every gathering its own kind of occasion. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are also available for open-air cooking.



Shared amenities

Within Calablanca Residences, guests have access to a spa featuring separate men's and women's areas, jacuzzis, steam room, sauna, and massage cabins. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment. The game room includes pool, foosball, and ping-pong tables, as well as a Smart TV. A washer, dryer, and iron handle laundry with ease, and free parking - both garage and street - is available on the premises.
