Terrible the front desk people were rude. I was charged multiple times for having a guest come to hotel. I was charged a fee for my room because of the smell of my cologne. Also the rooms were not clean as in pictures.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. I only stayed for one night because I was waiting for my flight, but it was a very nice hotel on the beach.

My kids and I stayed in the La Mer suite, which was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. It was nice to have a living area/kitchenette to relax, in addition to the bedroom, It is located next to the street so you can sometimes hear music at night, which didn’t bother us. Luis, Paco, and Marcus were all very courteous and helpful. They made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast,which consisted of fresh fruit, coffee, eggs, toast, in the morning, all freshly made. My daughter and I really had fun with the tortoise who came to visit one day for breakfast. Overall, we had a nice stay and would visit again!

La verdad que es un hotel muy grande para tener una piscina tan pequeña. Y el rooftop no tiene nada .. pensé que era más divertido y lo cierra a las 8 pm
