"I travel at least four times a year, so I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years. I can honestly say that the service I received at Barceló was truly above and beyond anything I expected. When I checked in, I mentioned to Ahmed at the front desk that it was my birthday. From that moment on, he made me feel like a queen for the rest of my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my birthday incredibly special. The outstanding service didn’t stop there. When I called room service for assistance, the team went out of their way to help and really thought outside the box. Osama was especially kind and even brought me almonds without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Customer service is clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the pool area was beautifully maintained and well organized, and I loved using the gym every day. My experience was so exceptional that I actually changed the rest of my travel plans and stayed with Barceló instead of moving to other hotels I had booked. Thanks to Ahmed and the incredible team, Barceló has become my new hotel chain of choice. Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Michele"

"The Masrriott-Casablanca is a very nice hotel and its is well maintained. Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the property and the service rendered throughout. Special mention to Karina, the Concierge. To Fanta who cleaned my room. To Illias, Amina and Abdul in the restaurant, who are very attentive to their guests. To Mohammed who managed the luggage. To all the hotel staff that all go out of their way to help the hotel guests have a pleasant stay. It is a full service 24/7 hotel."
