I love the location,convenience to shopping and restaurants.We stayed in one of their "executive" room which was a lot better than a regular/standard room that we've tried before.It had a little view of the city,roomy and looked cleaner.The bathroom was small,nothing fancy,could use some update.It had a nice living/sitting area.Thru Expedia,I was only able to book one day in this executive room.I had to book the rest of my stay in a standard room.This worried me some.However,I spoke with the front desk asked her if I could possibly stay in the same room paying the price difference.Luckily,they were able to accommodate my request.For this,I'm grateful.I also arrived earlier than their check in time,room wasn't ready but they were able to hold my luggage until we got back later that evening.Overall,we had a pleasant stay.Hope to return some time.

OK for a night stopover

Ok hotel for an overnight stop but not longer. We didnt get the deluxe room we booked. No windows. Didnt argue point as we were leaving early for airport. Plus side? Breakfast was good so make sure its included. Area around hotel is very busy and doesnt make you feel overly comfortable if your not a city lover.

Great location!Hotel itself needs update.Room we were in was dark and small.Bathroom tiles need better cleaning/regrout.Shower pretty weak,barely any hot water.We enjoyed the nightly entertainment/live band/ballroom dancing in their lounge and the massage service on the 3rd floor.

ACU is not cooling well while the shower's water flow is not that strong. Cable has poor reception. The staff in charge of cooking egg was late so had to leave for the airport without egg on my early breakfast.

I enjoyed this hotel more than any other I stayed at! The staff from the front desk, bar and restaurant, cleaners, and door staff was amazing. I will stay at this hotel anytime I’m in Cebu. Thank you Jean for all you do and your staff and co workers are the very best.

The accessibility of the hotel. It is located at the center of business area of the city. The hotel was also quiet despite of the fact that it was surrounded by different big establishments like hospitals and malls.

We stay here often when in Philippines, good deal for the price ! Although this is an older hotel we like it, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the restaurant has good food and free breakfast buffet. They also feature live entertainment on weekends and hdve a “slots” casino and and affordable spa

Good for short stay

Great for a couple of nights but hot water would be good for a decent shower,so wouldn't want to stay any longer. Great area in centre of action.

On the whole quite a decent hotel except room has no windows n dressing table light was not able to off at night. Could not find the switch. Wifi was poor.
