Pool not available for 3 years! For the same price point much nicer hotels available. Black mold, old rooms, old dirty furniture, lukewarm water, exposed the electrical wiring in shower, the omnipresent mold/must covered by a putrid sickening perfume machine in the hallways Stay away from this hotel. Horrible experience. Dirty, old, moldy / musty, disgusting old hotel. Internet. Connectivity issues, consistently drops, low bandwidth. For those who ignore this review, good luck and enjoy the construction noise.
Air conditioning exhaust into the room and that’s not dirt, that’s black mold
Exposed electrical wiring right above your head in the shower. Significant hazard!
Disgustingly dirty trashcan for the bathroom with rust. Furniture was even worse
24/7 ongoing nonstop construction for the next three years.NOISE!

We are delighted to celebrate my mother's birthday by just staying for few days at this hotel where warmest greetings received from friendly staff. They are the most memorable part of our stay. I give it a 4.5 stars just because the bathroom counters had a lot of water marks/stains on it. At first I thought it was not cleaned from the previous occupant but it was, just normal wear and tear of the place. I cannot complain about the staff. They were all so nice and accommodating, each and everyone of them. Ordered room service, food was pricey but great! Breakfast was good! I did not have to park but from what my cousin told me, it was not so accessible and convenient, he had to circle around due to construction. Love the location due to its proximity to the mall.
