The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove my reservation for the rental. Sometimes the keypad for the condo door wouldn’t work and I had to call the number to get the key from the lockbox. The pool was clean but the pool area wreaked of cat poop from all the strays that were there. If you bring food expect the cats to come up to you to be fed. They even jump on top of the tables and sniff your belongings if you aren’t near them. The property expects everyone in your party to wear a bright orange wrist band for your entire stay at the property. They should seriously invest some removable wrist bands to wear to the pool or gym instead. The master bath had a shower caddy that wasn’t mounted but instead on the floor for you to bend over to get soap or shampoo/conditioner. I did like that there was a cooler and beach chairs (although very hard to close). The modern look of the place was nice and the fact that there were no steps involved to get to the unit. The patio view was nice as well.
