Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a queen bed. You'll enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 & 3: Offers a very comfortable queen bed, and 2 twin sized bed. Perfect for older children and younger alike!
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!
Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!

Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the patio or balcony, and utilize the garage for parking. The backyard and garden area are also available for your enjoyment. Amenities like air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet are provided throughout the property.

Consider using ride-sharing services or renting a car for exploring the surrounding areas. Public transportation options within The Villages are limited, so a personal vehicle or golf cart is recommended for the best experience.

Kick off your vacation a little sooner! Want to get settled and start relaxing early? We offer a Priority Early Check In at 2:00 PM (two hours before our standard 4:00 PM time) for a small fee of $20.
This goes directly toward coordinating an expedited turnover with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the home is sparkling and ready for your arrival. Just let us know if you'd like to add this to your stay!
Priority Check Out:
Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.
This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!

Aditionally:
This rental is not able to accommodate commercial vehicles or vehicles greater than 3/4 a ton. Unfortunately the neighbors care quite a bit about this particular rule, and there is an ordinance stating this within the villages HOA.
