"I loved the onsen. The fact they accepted my tattoo as long as it was covered with a sticker was truly appreciated (ask concierge in the lobby). Also had its own 7 Eleven. Loved the self check in. Tons of people frequent the hotel and yet the lobby is efficiently run. The bus station is behind the hotel where you can catch the shuttle to KIX airport for the fraction of what it would cost to uber or taxi (I paid $33 CAD but the terminal only accept CASH and Yen). Walking distance to Dontoburi. Great stay!"

"This was a beautiful spacious room with a wonderful view. Easy 5 min walk to the train station made exploring the area so easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean. The food options at the restaurants mainly catered to the Japanese palate. Only crossaints and the fruits were inticing to my palate. Thank God for Shake Shack. "

"Thus is our second time staying at thus property and we highly recommend it. It's located on the citywalk which made it extremely convenient to get to Universal Japan (3-5 minute walk). There are tons of shopping and dining options, as well as a restaurant located at the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage too. The rooms are clean and have enough room for families. They offer amenities such as toiletries which is helpful when you gave forgotten something. The hotel us located by a metro station. Its only a 5 minute ealk. It was nice to have the accessibility of being able to have the access of the metro so close. We were able to jump on to explore Osaka (Dotonbori, Umeda, and Shinsekai areas, etc.). We will stay at this property again. We have enjoyed our stays!"
