Stoneridge E21 is a one-level unit with eight steps to enter, offering
internet access and a standard rating. This unit is not pet-friendly and
accommodates six guests. The living room features a TV and a gas fireplace,
while the fully functional kitchen is adjacent to a dining room that seats
six. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a full bath. The other two
bedrooms each offer a queen bed and share the second full bath.
Conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community, this unit is
within walking distance to the slopes (weather permitting). Guests can enjoy a
small deck with a view of the trail, though it does not have a grill.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on
location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site
within the communities.
All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer
(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living
room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)
and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and
toilet tissue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis and basketball
courts. It does not offer access to the community pools. However, our condo
guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot
tubs (reservations required).
_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental
guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the
resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo
rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.
All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through
treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to
new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-
round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa.

Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a
credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior
to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More
instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
