Great home in a nice neighborhood, close to everything in Charleston. We loved how clean it was, updated and modern inside of a historical setting, and the house was very well laid out. Only downside was the duplex aspect made it noisier at times than we wanted, with the footstep's and music of the upstairs neighbors sometimes being intrusive. The parking was very handy and the house was super cute and spacious. Great bedding and kitchen/bathroom amenities. Perfect for our Charleston stay!
The kitchen needs a bottle opener, otherwise, well stocked. We did not have hot water in any fixture in the house for the first 24 hours. Lots of back and forth w/texts with host before fixing. the front bathroom has the hot and cold spigots reversed in the shower. It is not marked as such and should be corrected. Location is good. It was clean. Nice beds and linens.
The location was in an adorable neighborhood with shops, coffee houses, and bars/restaurants. The property was perfect for our group- 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths made our group of 6 feel comfortable and spread out. The property itself was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Communication with the host was so simple, and they were quick to respond to any inquiries. We had the best time, and I cannot recommend this property enough!
Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from King Street. Check in and check out was very easy, parking was convenient, the house has an open floor plan of kitchen and living room and 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 with private bath and 2 with a shared bath. Great space. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals. Refrigerator was new, very clean and even had a brita water filter pitcher. We will definitely stay in this property again!
Four of us who have been friends for almost 60 years got together for a weekend in Charleston. This home was perfect for this adventure with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Close to the free shuttle so no car necessary
Good stay in Charleston. If youâre willing to walk this is a good location. We hit all the major shopping and dining options on the King St and Meeting St areas from here. Property was what we expected. You can hear the people upstairs if they are âactiveâ. Was perfect for us, our teens, and another couple and their little one. Well stocked house. Just one tight parking spot. Just left the other vehicle in a paid parking garage a couple streets away for the week. Would stay here again.
