A short walk from King St. 'The Sullivan' is a spacious private historic property. The property offers an open kitchen & living area, opening directly to traditional southern piazza. Plenty of space for guests to relax. Property amenities also include parking, dog run, and lush landscaping.



The Space:

The Sullivan' is a completely restored unit on the first floor of a historic Charleston home.



The Sullivan can accommodate up to 11 guests between 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, large kitchen, and living room.



Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bath

Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.

Comfortable and relaxing stay!

Very clean and comfortable stay--so nice for all bedrooms to have their own bathroom. Pool and porch were both amazing. Great walkable location.

The space was exactly as advertised with a nice front porch and spacious bedrooms. The pool was very nice and warm, although we did not get to use it much. There were lots of places to eat nearby and we were not far from one of the bus stops for the free Dash bus to get downtown. Note that the house is in a cute, but busy area, so it can be a little loud. Each bedroom has a nice sound machine to help those who are very sensitive to noise at night. Overall our group loved our stay and we would definitely consider staying again.

Great Charleston Stay

We loved the location of this rental. Being walkable to King St is perfect. Great coffee shop across the street (Daniela’s).The house is a great layout for couples traveling together. Each room having its own bathroom made everything feel private while still sharing a living space. We will book again for sure!

Wedding weekend

We stayed at The Sullivan for 5 days during a family wedding . The place was perfect . Very clean and a 5 minute walk to King Street. Each bedroom had its own bathroom , which was super convenient when we were all trying to get wedding ready ! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating . I would def recommend this place !

Wonderful Stay

The unit is clean and bright in a fabulous, safe residential neighborhood close to coffee shops, restaurants and a little grocery/convenience store. The bedrooms all have baths attached as well as a powder room. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend. Great management company and quick responses to questions.

Not a private pool

The listing is misleading- The pool is NOT private and is shared with multiple other units. There was a very rowdy couple of groups that stayed at the same time we did. We were on a bottom unit and it was very loud above us. We were disappointed in the experience not matching what we had expected with the listing.

Great stay at a great location!

Stayed with a group of friends and house was very clean and modern. Every bedroom has a full en suite bathroom which was so convenient. I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating the property manager was! The locations is great, 10-15 min walk to stores, great bars and restaurants. A few things to note: the walls are thin, you can hear voices and footsteps from unit B which is upstairs of A. didn't bother us too much since we were there over the weekend and stayed up late ourselves. the room in the very back is right outside of the shared pool, and was very noisy whenever there were people at the pool. the bedrooms can sleep 9 comfortably. the 10th and 11th persons would need to use the pull out couch. I wouldn't recommend this as it would take up too much of the living room space. overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back!
