Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

Come enjoy this brand new rental in the heart of Downtown Charleston. Completed in July of 2018, these rentals offer something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen and linens, you can`t beat what this rental has to offer! Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

Cannonborough-Elliotborough draws young professionals to its restored, wood-fronted houses. King, Cannon, and Spring Streets, are dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, and bakeries. Beautiful, clean, exactly like photos. Get the parking pass as street parking difficult. Rental company is outstanding with communication, response times are quick. We were able to walk to nearby shopping and dining but too far to walk to the city market.

Overall, we had a great experience! The parking spot was tight but worth the extra expense as street parking wasn’t always available. Minor issues, such as flies and the sink drains being clogged, but the property responded promptly and were accommodating.

An oasis in Charleston

The Sanctuary offered my family a comfortable place to gather between the beautiful tours and wonderful restaurants of Charleston. The neighborhood avoids the bustle of King Street but offers plenty of great restaurants (we liked Southbound, Fuel, and Estudio) within walking distance.

Great but the parking

The place was modern, comfortable and overall wonderful. Parking was the nightmare. They only had one available space for the two bedroom and that was at an additional cost. Parking garages were not near the location and blocked by lots of construction. No street parking in area. We walked instead of driving places...Got in alot of steps during our stay.

Very convenient to downtown Charleston, very comfortable bedding, brand new couch. My only suggestion is they get darker blinds for the living room. The lights from the street are very bright at night. So if anyone needs to sleep on the pull out the brightness almost prohibits that. But a wonderful place otherwise!

Perfect!

Beautiful condo close to King St and very walkable to all over downtown Charleston! Condo is equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Agency was communicative, access info was clear and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again!
