Checking in was a breeze with a very friendly front desk clerk. The property itself was phenomenal and offered a lot more than I expected! Only wish the weather had cooperated with us so we could enjoy the pools and tiki bar!

This resort had several well maintained pools, an outdoor area, and a hot tub that we enjoyed. They also offered free transportation to downtown Charleston. The decor and furnishings were very nice. They also have an above average self serve coffee bar. The only negative thing I can say is that our “inland view” was a view of an unsightly, uncovered work/storage area with a bunch of junk sitting out.

Transportation to downtown Charleston was available by water taxi for a fee or by the hotel's free shuttle. Free espresso machines in the lobby and access to pools at the Harborside and Beachside resorts.
