First of all, the entire unit looked like it had been painted by a 7 year old.... and painted several years ago. There was black trim paint all over the walls, cabinets had one coat of white paint that didn't even go to the top of the cabinets; also very chipped. Paint on bedroom walls was filthy! Windows look as if they haven't been cleaned in years, and were full of tape residue, probably from the first time they were painted. Stove top dirty too. Large rug in kitchen was so disgusting, we folded it up and put it in the closet. Office floor slopes so badly that when I stood up from the chair and tried to sit back down, the chair rolled right out from under me, and I ended up on the floor! Hot and cold water lines lines were reversed on the washer; I ruined 2 garments before discovering this. The kitchen faucet is the same. It is near impossible to regulate temperature in the shower. Suggest you add a sponge if you require guests to wash dishes, a can opener, a mattress cover (a little creepy sleeping with only a thin sheet), and a doormat for INSIDE the door. The only compliments I can give are that the bed was comfortable, and the location was good.
