The property was in a great location. It was pet friendly. It was great to be able to park on the property. The communication with the host was clear and concise. The place was clean.
The host was very responsive and the location was good. The townhouse was dated. The upstairs bathroom door wouldnât stay closed, nor would the front door. The carpet downstairs was dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. The bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a parking space. The downstairs bathroom either needs a fan or some air freshener.
Walking distance to King Street which has numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Suggest uber/lyft to the market area. Good communication with management and we were able to get into our unit 30 minutes early. Itâs nice they welcome well behaved pets.
The apartment was great for two couples. In a quiet neighborhood with some really great restaurants but walkable to King Street as well. Bathroom could use a little updating, but overall great stay.
The neighborhood was very quiet. The off street parking was great especially since parking is so tight everywhere. The house we stayed in was very clean with modern decor and appliances placed in an old and historic Charleston home. Walking to King Street and area restaurants and shops was easyâŠjust bring your waking shoes!
Our stay was great - a good location within walking distance to King Street. The house was well equipped with soaps, dishwasher detergent, etc. which is great. I hate to have to go out and purchase those when you just need a little bit. Parking was right next to the house. Only disappointment was that we didnât have a little front porch to sit on which was on the website picture. The picture is showing the front of the house. This unit is on the side - no little porch to sit on.
