Wonderful stay, friendly staff. One suggestion, bring earplugs. Early am guests leaving and following housekeeping was very loud. A lot of doors slamming. It seems the natural way the doors close but it made my walls vibrate.

Nice and clean hotel. I appreciate the rooms having tile/laminate flooring and not dirty, stinky carpet. Hotel is very modern and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overnight. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool but I did walk outside and check it out. Nice pool area and lounge with pool table.

Good option for work

Second stay in this hotel. Your average Tru. Trus are my go-to and this is a solid option. So minor repairs are needed to the check in counter, but room was nice. Would stay again.

Full mattress on a queen frame, don’t get conned!

Booked the queen bed, room had queen frames but a full size mattress not a queen. Obvious from the pics!

The room and bathroom were nice - clean, up to date, well maintained. The check in process was slow as there was only one person working the hotel when I arrived and she had been called to help with a TV not working. She was nice, polite and apologetic - she was not the problem! There should have been someone at the front desk (it was no later than 9 pm) - I waited at least 10 minutes to check in and the lobby was unattended.

Rooms were clean but extremely cramped. There are 2 elevators. One only one working when we arrived later that day the second elevator broke. They claimed service was working on it but was never repaired during our stay. We asked several time about the repairs but no one at the front desk could tell us anything, there seemed to be no sense of urgency about getting it fixed only apologies. Lugging suitcases and garmet bags down 3 floors was dangerous for seniors. Thus us our second bad experience in a Hilton property. Will NEVER stay in a Hilton property again.
