Terrible experience. The elevator was not in service so we had to walk up 4 floors to find a nasty room. Literally long hairs on the bed. The hallways smelled like weed. The indoor pool was dry as a bone. We left within about 20 minutes. As we were walking out, another couple was leaving too because it was disgusting. Thanks Expedia for getting our money back.

This property was disgusting and we were not able to stay, I am looking for help to refund our payment. There was blood on the floor, urine stains on the bedding. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom and every vent in the room. There were white stains on the couch and the bed. Dirty handprints on the walls and the door.

The stay met my immediate needs and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay. The desk staff was very accommodating and always provided customer care with kindness, patience and respect. The accommodations were clean and pest-free.
