It was clean, breakfast was good and well tended to, the common spaces are updated and nice. Our room was a suite with a pull out couch. It was good space for us and our 4 kids for just spending nights while visiting family in town. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a good location and nice value.

This was one of the best stays at a hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life time really great staff friendly helpful amazing people wonderful staff it’s truly a blessing to have a team with great personalities and customer service will be back again

Arrived at 11:00pm after driving 12 hrs. Floor at front desk was soaking wet like something spilled. I was expected to stand in it while checking in. Property looked nice and clean until I get to my room and it smelled terrible. Seemed to be coming from the AC unit it was awfu, possible urine and mildew smell, room 424. Room & sheets felt sticky bc ac was off. It was late I was tired and suffered through it.

Good Day, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. We booked a room for five guests, including three young children under the age of 10. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues: The bed in the room was broken and unusable. The room was only supplied with two towels, despite being booked for five people. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mirror was dirty and had visible fingerprints on it. We also found hair in the bed, which we had to clean ourselves before putting the children to sleep. When we brought these concerns to the front desk, we were met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told we would need to pay an additional $25 for a portable bed—despite the broken bed and the fact that our booking clearly indicated five occupants. This level of service and lack of attention to basic cleanliness and hospitality is unacceptable. It caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for our family. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to future guests. Given the condition of the room and the poor service we received, I also believe a partial refund or appropriate compensation is warranted. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Boris
