Clean and tidy room. Quiet for the most part, sometimes kids in above room either jumping, playing etc. could be heard. Request a few more hot breakfast items be served like potatoes

Don’t do it

Horrible the room was dirty and towels were Dirty as well as the bedding. I had to stay for A work trip. I also had to move rooms at 11 pm because of my room being dirty. As a Marriott member this was disappointing. Andres was rude and Carmen was rude at first but then became nice. The refrigerator had a water leak. Mold in the sink. The next room was not better because that sink did not drain. This was a hot mess and had the nerve to tell me I could not get a late check out. The cleaning staff was rude. Broken cabinets smh don’t waste your money

Townsplace was an awesome place to stay if you need to be in the area. The staff will clean daily, which is a essential for traveling with kids. The breakfast was good, too. The only downside is that the wifi is considered fairly weak.
