Horrible check-in experience. I had a confirmed reservation for a room with a wheel chair access shower but when I checked in at around 3:30pm was told that they did not have a room available despite the reservation. Desk personnel said that had two such rooms but one was occupied and the other was out of service (and had been for some time). They denied any accountability and claimed my issue was with the third party entity (Travelocity) that booked the room since they had no business association with them. This is nuts and a bunch of BS. They did offer a room with grab bars and a tub but refused to even discuss the price differential..basically said to quit whining cause I had a good rate or take it up with Travelocity. I travel twice yearly between ohio and Florida preferring to stay at Drury hotels (Marietta Georgia, Mason, Ohio) so I thought to try a different one....big mistake.I will never darken the doorway of this hotel. Can you believe that they would treat a confirmed reservation as if it did not exist even though it clearly exists in their system?
