Excellent hotel that is extremely clean

For this family trip, we looked for a hotel that allowed pets. This hotel is extremely pet, friendly, outstanding front desk, staff, and the highest cleanliness standards. We were extremely impressed that outside of seeing other pets, you could not tell that this was a pet friendly hotel. There were no smells or damaged property at all. We had a great night and slept well, it was easy to walk our dog outside, there is plenty of parking, and the breakfast options are excellent.

As soon as I arrived at the property the desk clerk informed my child that “ there were no children allowed at the the hotel, and they had to sleep outside with the spiders and snakes” then on our second night we had no water for hours with no contact that it was out nor we notified that it was turned back on. The hotel was very nice the room size was more than we expected but the customer service was below average

this hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not good though. There was no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs. Instead there was corned beef hash that was really gross. They ran out of bagels and waffle syrup. It was a poor selection of untasty food.

We were there as a large family in town for my dad’s funeral. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to pretty much take over the lobby to visit. It was very much appreciated!

Nice hotel, rooms are spacious as well. I’d give a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Comfortable beds, nice staff too. Only issue was the pillows haha. They were kind of flat. But otherwise, would stay here again.

Great place to call home base when visiting the area. Easy freeway access (but no freeway noise, at least not that I noticed). Clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped gym and the best continental breakfast that I’ve seen in a while. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return!

Disappointed

Really average room, but expected more from Hampton Inn. My husband had to crawl under the bedside table to plug in the electricity so we could charge our phones near the bed, There were tissues left in the box, so called the front desk for a box. Was told I had to come down to get it, but we were already in our PJ’s so used TP which was rather scratchy. Finally, the sink faucet leaked, so piled wash cloths on the counter to contain the water. This hotel needs some serious quality control from the training of the staff to the condition of the room. We’ve stayed here before, but will think twice next time as there are other hotels in the area.
