I’ve stayed at this property in the past and this last stay will be my last stay. It was people walking around looking like zombies and hanging out all hours of the night. People in and out of cars and smoking in the hallways. It used to be a really nice property but not anymore. It seems drug infested

The overall hotel was very dated , holes in wall, cheap cover up in shower area with lots of mold. When I’d ask staff for anything they acted like it was a huge chore to them.

We have stayed at this hotel many times but have not been there for about a year and it has went downhill since we last visited. The staff was super nice but the whole place smells like someone is burning food. It’s filthy outside and inside. We were woke up at 3:30 am by a group running through the halls and banging on doors. The police were called and they were thrown out but we did not go back to sleep and left at about 7 am. We will not be going back! Sad because we love Sonesta suites, hopefully this is not how the chain is going!

Clean open room much more space than it showed very well maintained lots of additional smoking going on gave me a headache Got ran out of our room at 11pm first night due to a fire alarm being set off still don’t know what happened sat in parking lot for over 45 minutes waiting for all clear to reentrance to hotel. Otherwise very quiet and nice hotel.
