A Awesome Place!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need from shampoo, conditioner and body wash to laundry detergent, dish soap, beach and bath towels and even plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Literally everything was provided, which made our trip so easy and stress-free.The kitchen had all the essentials and the second refrigerator was such a bonus for keeping drinks cold and accessible. The beds were super comfortable with cozy pillows and extra blankets, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day in the sun.The pool was beautiful and a huge hit with the kids! And when it came time to hit the beach, we were set with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and even 2 wagons were provided, making the short walk so convenient.To top it all off, the host was incredibly responsive and kind, which made the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great family friendly getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean, close to the beach and big enough to accommodate the entire family. The kids loved the pool! Be sure to check out the zoo and visit sweetie the gator at the Key lime pie shop

Clean relaxed beach get away

We rented this property for a mother/daughters trip. We had 3 moms, 3 daughters (25) and one 2mo old infant. The house fit all of us perfectly, there was so much room. The new mom was able to have her own section of the house where we did not have to be quite all the time worrying about waking the baby. The house was so clean and had verything you need to have the best stay. The host is so kind and very quick to respond. 10/10 will be staying here every year for our annual trip.

Friends get away

Beautiful property would def stay again with a large group. We went with a bunch of ladies for a 60th birthday celebration ages 40-60. House was huge and pool area was beautiful! Quick walk to the beach right down the end of the road. Very quiet neighborhood. Not a whole lot to walk to besides the Pier so would recommend renting a car which we did. Overall area was very quiet and nice and could walk to therestaurant/barTherSandbar which was a great time!

Great interior, close to beach

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the house. Inside has been updated and is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. We had 3 generations, and the layout worked great for our family. We appreciated the 2 full-sized refrigerators, a well-stocked kitchen and laundry room, adequate soap, shampoo, etc. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice quality. We were pleased to find pool toys as well as beach toys and chairs with 2 wagons to haul them. The pool was crystal clear, even after a week of constant use! We also liked the hibachi grill area with covered picnic table. The fenced in backyard was very private.The short walk to gorgeous Cocoa Beach was a real plus for us, as we were able to do short jaunts with our little ones. In summary, this was a great house for our 3 family vacation!

Great location and cleanliness

Our enire adult family stayed her for 2 days and we ALL LOVED THE PLACE It was very clean and very deceiving from the outside when it came to the size of the home which is very spacious... most of the family wantedti stay there versus going on a cruise.... pool and hot tub were very clean and lots of chairs to accommodate all of us .. we will definitely stay here next year

Family get away in Cocoa Beach

This property was perfect for our family.6 adults and 2 kids. Great location too. About a 1/2 block walk to beach. Beach chair, towels, and play things provided. The pool was wonderful too. My 12 year old grandson was in it all the time. There is plenty of lounge space around the pool too.Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Large Family Trip

We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!
