This lovely renovated beachside condo comes with granite countertops, luxury vinyl flooring and upgraded furniture. Located within steps of beautiful Cocoa Beach (2 min walk to the sand and surf). Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment and appointed in a "don't worry, be happy" relaxing beach style, with parking for 2 cars. Perfect for snowbirds, families and professionals.

This is a fully furnished condo with new queen size beds and new TVs in the bedrooms. Linens, towels, iron & board, beach chairs, and cooler are all included. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including utensils, pots & pans, bowls, plates, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available on each level.

The latest amenities - 3 new 55" Smart HDTVs in the living room and bedrooms , DVD player, and high speed 100GB Wi-Fi. Perfect for professionals.

Enjoy a large terrace on each floor with a cozy lounge area overlooking the manicured grounds with tropical foliage.. A perfect place to have your morning coffee, to relax after work or to hang-out after a day at the beach to enjoy your favorite beverage. A gas grill is available on the 1st floor for your use.

The condo is located in a recently upgraded building with a small number of units located in a very desirable area in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located within walking distance to the famous Cocoa Beach pier, groceries, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and a short drive to Port Canaveral for cruise ships and dining, Ron Jons, the Merritt Square Mall, Cocoa Village, Brevard Zoo, NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando shopping and attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World are all within an hours drive.

Fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, bicycling and, of course, swimming and surfing are all activities that you can enjoy in the immediate area.

PropretĂ© remarquable. Endroit vraiment calme. PropriĂ©tĂ© telle que dĂ©crite: aucune mauvaise surprise. À un coin de rue de la plage, 15 minutes Ă  pied de l'Ă©picerie. Mini putt Ă  5 minutes. Dollar General Ă  5 minutes aussi. Terrasse partagĂ©e vraiment agrĂ©able pour manger dehors ou relaxer tranquillement. On aimerait y rester !

This condo unit is in a small condo building just across the street from the beach. It is a very well kept building & grounds, in what seemed to be a very quiet & safe area. The condo has a very nice outdoor area with lounge chairs & tables. Just a really nice,cute place. The condo itself is very nice, clean, well kept and as pictured. They did provide beach chairs, but they are quite worn out, you may want to bring your own.

Loved this cozy condo! Just a block from the beach and close to everything we needed — restaurants, shops, you name it. Clean, comfortable, and just the right amount of space to relax. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place! Exactly as pictures show and the updates are very nice! Lots of natural light in each room (including bathroom)! We didn’t cook, but the cabinets were well stocked with items, including George Foreman grill. Lots of beach items for the easy and close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming, quiet condo that is a quick walk to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you may need even beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags, etc. The owner was quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay and will stay again in the future.

I Had the pleasure of meeting Anna. She is such a wonderful soul. The stay was well worth the money spent. It felt like home away from home. The beach is in walking distance and the property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants as well as the Port and other establishments that provide entertainment while on your stay.

Great family getaway

We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.

Enjoyed meeting the owner, Anna, she was so helpful! She gave us some tips on dining options close by. The restaurants she recommended were wonderful. The unit was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. The beach is literally right down the road, and everything you need is in the unit. I will definitely stay there again when we come for a cruise.
