PET RULES

Pet fee of $75 per pet.

As a pet mother myself, it is very important to me to make my home available to families who travel with their pets, however, please be aware that not everyone that stays at the property brings their pets or has pets, so PLEASE, STRICT ADHERENCE TO PET POLICY IS A MUST for the comfort of other guests.

MAXIMUN OF TWO PETS. Maximum of 50 lbs per pet.
We LOVE your fur babies - but please ensure that pups are bathed and manicured, and kitties are brushed and manicured! I realize that some dog breeds have a very strong odor - if this is the case with your pup, then sadly, I will have to ask that you leave your dog at home :( If we need to use an ozone machine to remove the odor from the home, there will be an additional fee of $250.
Please do not allow pets on the furniture.
Bring your pets bed, blankets and toys.
Always clean up after your pets!
Do not allow pets on any beds, pillows or cushions. If pet odors are left behind on bedding, an additional fee of $25 will apply.

Before you leave, please check furniture, rugs and beds for any accidents. There will be an extra charge for any soiling or damages.

The host was extremely responsive to questions and the place was perfect for our needs. Everything was as advertised. It was like being home in a great location. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. There's a small dock in the back from which we were able to kayak. There are three kayaks in the place along with bicycles and various other recreational amenities. All the kitchen appliances washer and dryer worked well. A filter coffee maker and single serve Keurig was there and working well. A propane grill in the back worked well. A nice pool view from the living room, TV room and two bedrooms. The house is in a nice neighborhood for walking and about a 10 minute walk from the Cocoa Beach pier.

I’ll just start with this, WOW! No need for extra towels, kitchen supplies, spices, pool and beach toys, living and private spaces, storage, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, washing detergent, dryer sheets, 
 all those starter items you have brought or bought, no need. Just get your food and you are ready for an amazing stay!! We had a family of 8 stay for 8 days, and we were very comfortable and loved this home. Every trip out with the kayaks we saw dolphins and manatees. Who could ask for more? The pool is clean and the trips to the beach were just minutes away from free parking. The weather was 95 beautiful!

Property over stated in listing

Property was not as nice as listing. Grill was filthy. Door key pad didn’t work part of the time, manager asked us to bring trash can from curb, and bring in packages. Pool wasn’t running we had to call her to turn it on.

Amazing Home! Close to everything

This property was perfect for my family and sister’s family. 8 of us stayed comfortably. Conveniently located a block from Cocoa Beach pier. Close to many restaurants and a Publix. We all loved the pool. My 3.5 year old spent hours and hours in it. Even after a morning at the beach. The host was very responsive and helpfulThanks for the memories!

Cocoa Beach Launch Pad

Fun experiences, location of the property was walking distance close to the Cocoa Beach Pier, restaurants, and Publix. Enjoyed sitting by the pool overlooking the Banana River, very relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking our dog. The house was spacious, great floor plan and clean. The owner was easy to work with.

Home away from home

This home is absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was immaculate. The host provided everything you could possibly need and more. There was a garage full of anything and everything you could want. From bicycles, kayaks (don’t skip out on using these we saw dolphins not far from the house!), pool floats and toys, fun games, beach supplies, and so much more. The kitchen was filled with spices, teas, and coffee. We were wowed by every little thing. Oh and I can’t forget the yoga mats! Yoga by the pool was so much fun! You won’t regret booking this property!!

Happy times in Cocoa Beach

This house is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and tourist attractions. It easily accommodated the six of us with room to spare. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, there is a ping pong table in the garage as well as kayaks and bikes. The layout of the house provided opportunities to be with others or to have some privacy. The hostess was a gem -- everything went very smoothly.

Wonderful vacation home away from home

Clara was extremely helpful from pre-check in to check out. She provided excellent restaurant and activity recommendations. The house was just as in the pictures and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. River views were spectacular, could easily see the rocket launches and the cruise ships,, and only a 10 minute walk with stroller to the beach. All-in-all a great vacation.

Don’t miss this house!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this has to be the best we have visited. The owner has everything you need for the stay, including spices for cooking, candles for ambiance, bikes, sand play toys, etc. We will definitely be looking at their properties again!

Worked well for us

We had my elderly parents, our adult kids, and one of their partners here. It worked well. The kitchen is well equipped compared to a lot of places. The pool area is enjoyable though the pool is too cold this time of year. We loved kayaking out the back and using the bikes provided to bike to Jetty Park. Only downsides for us were that with a lot of people the living area is quite loud. Also, for an unsteady oldster with a walker, navigating into the main bedroom and the toilet area is a bit tricky. Location is convenient to the beach and pier, short drive or a bike ride to other places.

Amazing ! We enjoyed staying at the home . It’s was perfect for the eight of us . The beach toys and stroller were so much appreciated, the stroller saved us in Disney world and we played with the beach toys in cocoa beach , palm beach and Miami Beach !! Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool a bit more. The granddaughters did go in it for a while, so did Elfie . Our elf on the shelf who was also on our family. Christmas vacation , they had so much fun in it , would love to come back again soon

Perfect house for us!

We had 2 couples, and 4 teens, and it worked out beautifully! The weather wasn't as warm as we would have wanted to take advantage of everything, but the older girls enjoyed laying by the pool and going to the pier, while the younger boys played ping pong in the garage and got in plenty of time on their devices, LOL... The 2 separate masters worked out great for the 2 couples - we both had plenty of privacy. Having access to the river was great for paddle boarding (we brought our own boards - but the kayaks would have been fun too!) - and we rented a golfcart from A1A using the discount, and had fun running around on that. The house is beautiful, clean, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for fun and in the kitchen! Thank you for a great weekend and wonderful memories!
