Staff was nice, room (and others according to other guests) smelled like stale urine. Baseboards were missing, trash left in room, dirt piled next to walls. Bathroom was clean but not in good condition. Girlfriend refused to used their shower.

The check in employee Melissa, was very helpful. We walked to get something to eat and had to walk back in the rain. She saw us coming and had towels waiting for us.

Very dissatisfied

The hotel location is great but the hotel needs a major make over. From the moment you get off the elevator the smell is unbearable to the point it stuck in my noise all night long. When I walked into the room it was worse bc the splint ac unit was off, room is spacious & bathroom was not so bad but the carpet, furniture & curtains need replacing! I don’t recommend or will visit back again. My visit was for 2 night bc I visited Kennedy space Ctr it’s about 1 3 miles from the hotel.

We had a delicious dinner at “J’s” a block up The front desk clerk came to start our tv. Your handicap rooms are furthest from the elevator- bad builders choice.
