Oh, don't forget you have your own private free heated large pool too (Dec.15th-April 30th).

Near the property, you can start your morning with a gorgeous sunrise & a stroll on the beach. Then, you can hop on the property bikes & ride into town for a bite to eat or hit one of the boutique shops to find unique treasures. If you’re timing is right, you might feel the sonic boom of one of our many rockets blasting into Space & watch it happen right from the driveway . You can also take the property kayaks and paddleboards to the nearby river and explore the 1000 islands of Cocoa Beach. You can often see birds of all kinds, manatee, & dolphin.

After exploring the town you can head back to your vacation home for a dip in your private pool. We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs
 cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!!

Our own little resort

This house is everything as described and is worth every penny you pay for. Greeted with the most beaitiful and delicious cupcakes, this alone set the tone of our stay. Wendy and Jim were very communicative through the process and helped us with a few different things that came up. Everything is very clean and anything you need extra, we had it there! The only thing was that there were no dressers in the room, but Wendy thanked me for the feedback said they would address it. My family had a lot of fun in the backyard and the pool was clean and temperature was perfect! I believe families that book this home will be very happy with their decision and the memories that they will make! Kudos to both Wendy and Jim for making this the most wonderful experience, very close to perfect!

I travel frequently and like to stay in vacation rentals. This property was the best I have stayed in. Spacious. Clean. So many amenities beyond our expectations. It was like having our own retreat. Stocked with necessities that we would have never expected. Even toys for the kids. The hosts went above and beyond and were quick to answer when we had questions. Best Vacay Ever

We stayed for my daughter’s sweet 16. All she wanted was a relaxing beach trip, with lots of tanning and swimming. The hosts went out of their way to make this stay special for our daughter. The details made her feel so special and the property was everything she wanted. The house is gorgeous! The back yard is so fun and the pool was perfect. I cannot recommend this property enough!!!!!

Excellent Property

This place was wonderful. Beautiful, clean, and with very warm and thoughtful touches. The location is excellent as it is across the street from the beach. The owners really know how to be amazing hosts. The place is a lot of fun for the whole family!! Everything was amazing. They thought of so may details to make it easier for travelers. They stocked paper towels, Qtips, disposable razors, and toilet paper (even the good stuff!) This house was amazing. It has everything you can think of. Having everything there was a huge plus!!! To be able to take beach chairs and beach toys to the beach

Family Reconnection

My family of 6, along with my parents stayed in the house for a few days for some R&R at the beach and, more importantly to visit with relatives who live in Orlando. It was perfect! Wendy thought of everything! The house is perfectly set up for fun, relaxing family time - the kids were never bored! The pool is great and all of the outdoor games and activities kept everyone outside for the majority of our time there. Also, the house is fully stocked for a day at the beach. Excellent vacation home

The home had something for everyone of all ages. There is nothing they didn’t have that you would need/want. There were multiple spaces for ALL of us to sit and eat (which is not common with a large family)! The communication was fast and easy. Accessing the beach was super easy
. Right across the road. There is even a cross walk right in front of the house. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Would absolutely book again.

Not only have the hosts thought of everything you could possibly need, but the location and home are amazing. A five minute walk from the beach and just the best possible stay you could find on the Space Coast. We stated 3 days and it was impossible to enjoy everything the property had to offer in that short a time.

Fabulous listing

This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in, and we have been to many. The home is very clean, and this is my top priority when booking. It is also so well stocked that you can literally bring your clothes and enjoy your stay. There were so many extras, and the host was super helpful with recommendations and even has a book with coupons and addresses for anything you may want. There were so many extra thoughtful things like spices, Ziplock bags, baby items, toys, games, swim diapers, pullups, diapers, toothbrushes, literally anything I forgot I am sure it was there. Chargers in every room, things for the beach, bikes, yard games. We had an amazing stay and will defiantly stay again in the future. I didn't even have to go anywhere but the backyard and I still felt like I was on vacation, the grandkids loved the pool and mini golf. I cannot say enough good things about this house.

Best back yard!

Overall, we loved our stay! You have put so much into that place with all the little details anticipated for guests. Our only issue was one of the 2 bathrooms is in a bedroom. Two of our party got that bath & the other 5 had to share the only other bath. Not sure how you could fix it tho. All in all, it was fantastic!

Amazing family vacation home!

We had two families with kids ranging from 8 -12 stay at this home and it had everything you could ever want! We walked to the beach every morning to watch the sun rise, and then returned for the afternoon to boogie board with the kids. Everything you needed for the beach was supplied! House itself was also great and fully stocked. Owners were amazing to deal with...super responsive and left a nice welcome gift upon arrival. Overall, a 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Perfect Vacation

Having this place as our home base for our family vacation to Cocoa Beach made it the perfect vacation. There were so many games and activities as well as beach and pool toys for the kids. The house itself was fully stocked with quality appliances and kitchen equipment. There was so much attention to detail to everything throughout the property. The house is beautiful, updated, and immaculate. The location is great - a short walk to the beach and close by the grocery store. We would love to come back this is one of the best on VRBO. The ice cream hut down the block was a big hit.

House was walkable and across the street from Lori Wilson beach(free to park), but also a few minute drive to other beach access points that we tried as well($5/hour parking). Owners provide all beach items you’d need! House is stocked with everything you can think of! I brought so much that I never had to open as far as toiletries and home basics. Welcome flowers and cupcakes were there upon arrival. Everything super clean! Great stay!

Great Rental and Hosts

We came for a short visit to celebrate our youngest son graduating from college in Orlando and wanted to give him a much-needed break. Wendy was a great host and went out of her way to do a little decorating and left us some treats for my son. It was much appreciated. The home had everything we needed and enjoyed being able to hang at the pool and do some grilling. Beach was very easy walk, and they have everything you could possibly need to take and use at the beach. Wonderful place to stay, especially for families. Thanks for being such a gracious host.

Without a doubt, one of the best bookings I have ever made! We rented this house for several days for a family reunion to celebrate my mother's birthday. The house is immaculate, spacious, packed full of fun activites, and literally across the street from the beautiful beach. But the reason we loved it so much was because of the host, Wendy. She went above and beyond and decorated the house before our arrival for my mom's birthday and left us treats. Such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! We spent the next few days enjoying big meals under the tiki hut, laying in the hammocks next to the fire pit, swimming in the pool, playing table tennis and cornhole, and enjoying all of the kayaks, bikes, and boogie boards packed into the shed for your use at the beach. Honestly, I cannot rave about this house enough. We now plan to visit every year and make it a tradition. Thanks again Wendy!!
