Beautiful Direct Ocean Front and Beach Front 2nd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 303 is also ours, if you are interested in this one as well: VRBO ID:1645759

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (one Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you.

Enjoy happy hours on the Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key-less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. Our guests safety is our number one priority!

LOCATION!!! The best part of staying here was the location 
 The condo is perfectly located on the beach to see the Surfing Santas and close to everything Cocoa Beach. We appreciated the dedicated parking space and the private entrance to the beach.This is a comfortable place to stay and Lihua it was great to work with. If you plan on doing any significant cooking, you’ll want to bring along some of your own pans
. But otherwise a perfect stay!

Having to download an app to open and close the door was a bit of a problem but host was responsive with an alternative solution. Condo was a little dated but the view was fantastic! We saw bunnies every morning, dolphins and two rocket launches! Great walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This was a great condo that was oceanfront with a great view from the balcony and private access to the beach. Very clean and comfortable, contact person was very easy to work with. The location was good you were able to walk to a lot of restaurants. Pool area very nice and clean.

Liauh allowed for an early check in and even gave us the common key so we could swim before the room was done. PERFECT location, so peaceful and beautiful view of ocean. Had a small issue using the august app to open door but she called me and we figured out another way to get in and out of room. Location was great being right in the middle of downtown. Great nightlife (not too crazy) and shops. Everything in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again

Our place was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach and near by restaurants. We parked in an underground garage and had an elevator access to our floor. We were close and visited Cape Kennedy and the Coco Beach pier. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Great location & condo on the beach!

So happy I chose this condo for our family/friend stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool which in our vaca is like having the best of both worlds. The balcony is absolutely wonderful to sit out & watch the sunrise or have drinks in the evening. Great walking distance to bars, restaurants and boutiques. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. We had an issue with the door, but the Lihua was able to help us immediately.Coconuts on the Beach & Jazzy Mainly Lobster were great meals too. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Excellent location

We can't wait to return, love being so close to so many restaurants and bars. Being able to start each morning on the balcony facing the Atlantic having coffee is so special. The condo was as described in the listing and was everything we hoped it would be. The host was easy to work with and answered our questions quickly.

Couple days at the beach

Lihua was really communicative and easy to work with. She let us check in early since we arrived to Cocoa Beach earlier than expected. Check-in/out easy. Condo met our needs. Loved being directly on the beach. Only complaint is you need an actual key to get into the building and onto the beach access. There were only 2 keys and 4 of us staying there which made the beach days tricky. Wish there would have been a keypad for the beach access at least. Otherwise it was a nice condo directly on the beach.

Great location and view. Nice unit. We required heat as it was cold. The internet connected thermostat was bad news as it was quite often locked so we had to text the host for a temperature changes,very inconvenient.The internet controlled door lock was also slow to access and operate.
