This condo has a nice ocean view. Spacious, but needs updating. Living area furniture is uncomfortable and there needs to be more seating. Kitchen could use a few more utensils, spatulas, pizza pan, pitchers. It was well equipped with paper products and cleaning supplies. Property manager was very quick with a response when contacted.

AC problem

The AC for the Master Bedroom did not work at all.. A portable unit was provided after we called. I believe this problem was known and this unit should not have been used. I say this because a floor fan had been left in the unit and the repair man said that the repair are a major problem.

Relaxing getaway

This was a relaxing stay just steps from the ocean. If you enjoy a vacation where you can just alternate between pool and beach then this is a place for you. I had two teenage girls and not much to do for them within walking distance and if the weather isn’t nice then you are really out of options for teens. We did go to KSC one of our fair weather days and that was a very cool experience. Most restaurants are a short drive with the exception of a few. We loved Coconuts on the Beach. Wish we hadn’t waited until our last day. The pier is pretty neat and so is Ron Jon’s.

Another great stay at the spanish main. If you love to be steps from the beach, listening to the waves..bask in the sun, these condos are the best. Reasonably priced with ample room. We love staying there and will again in the not so distant future.

Winter break vacation

Love the location, very spacious and clean condo, all 3 bedrooms and living room have big smart tv’s which it’s a plus! , beds were so comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal if desired, it also has 4 beach chairs and 2 bugy boards , you right on the ocean and the pool on the building is very clean , it also had the essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher soap , paper towels, salt and pepper etc, nowadays not everyone stocks those items, the condo is close to grocery, shopping centers and restaurants, we loved staying here and we definitely will stay here again !! Great great place to stay at!! Thank you!!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay at Spanish Main in Cocoa Beach! The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and very family friendly. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and the condo had lots of useful amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach supplies and great big T.V.s for those occasional rainy afternoons. The location of the condo was perfect - lovely views of pool and ocean and situated conveniently near many Cocoa Beach restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The management company was responsive to all questions, answering promptly and courteously. We definitely plan to visit again!
