Welcome cruisers and beach goers to the perfect property and unbeatable amenities! Multiple units and locations available. We specialize in keeping our guests stress free, and our beach goers having fun and your Vaca a perfect one!

This is a House that has been divided into individual private units and is set up to Host Vacations.

‱ No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
‱ No pets.
‱ No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
‱ An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
‱ Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
‱ Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

‱ Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
‱ Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

Superbe et trÚs bien situé!

Nous sommes restĂ©s 3 nuits et avons profitĂ© de la plage pendant 2 jours avant notre dĂ©part en croisiĂšre. Nous avons pris le Cocoa Beach Express de l’aĂ©roport et ensuite Lyft pour aller Ă  la croisiĂšre. Pas besoin de louer de voiture. Le Flamingo est bien Ă©quipĂ© pour la plage: chariot, boogie board, serviettes,jeux de plages pour enfants et chaises de plage!

I sent messages the day before and had no response at all. We drove 9 1/2 hours to celebrate my cancer remission and birthday with a cruise. We get to the place with no way to enter. I call the host and several times with no return call messages. I would avoid this place at all cost!

The absolute cutest place to stay! We really wish we were able to have stayed another day! This place has everything you need to make your beach trip amazing! Elizabeth the cleaner was the best and made us feel so welcomed!

It was not as clean as I thought. The water pressure for bathroom sink was bad. The overall outside stairs very dirty it needed pressure water for the stairs very dingy. They hanged a towel with poopie stains in my room. That disgusted me.

This property was a hidden gem! So quaint and quiet with so much beachy charm! We stayed 2 nights before catching our cruise. It was so relaxing with a very short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come bavk with our kids!

Hope to stay again...

Very nice stay. Location, perfect for me, close to the beach and close to family. Fortunately the weather was perfect sunny everyday. Since kitchen area is a screened in porch, not sure what it would have been like if it was rainy slash stormy.

Little piece of Paradise

The perfect little getaway spot! This property had everything we needed for a one night precruise stay. The outdoor amenities were just as fabulous as the inside. Host was very nice to work with and patiently answered all of my questions. I found out later, as I was bombarding her with questions via the app, that she had found herself short handed and was cleaning the entire unit alone! She was perfectly patient!

Great location for the beach

When we arrived, the manager was chewing out a cleaning employee which was a bit of a put off. Wish someone would have welcomed us and shown us where things(beach items and laundry room)were located .The room was smaller than expected, but the location to the house was awesome especially when I have a hard time walking.I was even able to get up and catch the sunrise which didn't dissapoint.The room was smaller than expected, but it got the job done.for a couple nights.

Decent for the price per night

Decent for the price per night. Check-in was a mess. Hard to communicate with property management. Overall property was clean except for the floor. Left stains on socks from something on the floor. No A/C controls for this room which made it difficult to make comfortable overnight. Bed comfortable overall. Did not use kitchen space outside.

The Flamingo could have been a 5 star review, but Lisa the mgr sent messages posing as the owner, Mandy. When I had to call she was rude. We arrived 15-20 minutes prior to check in which I stated could be a possibility months before when reserving. Although the room was ready we sat outside until 3pm before we received the code to enter. We didn’t mind enjoying the outdoors, but it seemed rather rude. The unit was very hot and you have no control over the a/c. Everytime I would contact them they would say the temperature would rotate off and on and something about the humidity causing it to freeze up. After contacting them multiple times bc we couldn’t sleep I suggested they change the description stating there was no a/c or disclose tenant has no control they finally turned the air down so that we could sleep. There was no propane for the firepit (it was actually cooler outside than in our room). The floor in the kitchen was so slick. The soap in the shower was crystallized at the top it was gross. I would love to stay again as I loved the area, but wish the owners would be more courteous and respectful of the occupants concerns.
