This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We loved how close it was to the pier and to be able to watch the surfers from the balcony. The pool was even warm enough to swim in.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. The view from the patio was outstanding with an excellent view of the Cocoa Beach Pier.
