There was an incident about the food quality at breakfast, and the staff (Robbie) went above and beyond and corrected it exceeding our expectations. It would have been better had there not been a food quality issue, but they more than made up for it with how they corrected. Friday night bar staff (Robin) extremely friendly, outgoing, and a lot of fun to be served by. The gelato bar was fantastic. Gentleman at the coffee bar in the morning could have been more interactional rather than transactional. Front desk staff super friendly. All housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile and hello. Our room, facing the ocean, best rooms in the hotel, we’re extremely soundproof.

Front desk was wonderful. Got to the room and the toilet would not flush…house cleaning should have caught this! Waited for Mtc and service was done very quickly but have a room with an obvious malfunction is not what I expect from Hilton

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Staff was super friendly and helpful, room was clean and access to the beach was quick and easy. Definitely would stay here again. If I had to choose one thing for the hotel to improve would be a gaming room for the children, other than that this is an excellent hotel to stay at.
