The open floor plan connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one easy-flowing space, ideal for large families or groups traveling together. Settle into the comfortable seating areas for conversation, board games, or movie night on the flat-screen TV. Natural light fills the space, creating a relaxed atmosphere from morning coffee to evening wind-down.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender on hand. A generous island offers extra prep space and seating, while cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dedicated dining table make it simple to gather everyone around the table. Barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill are available for outdoor cooking too.

Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 5 beds. The master suite features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with ample storage space for extended stays. Bed linens, extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout, along with a pack 'n play for traveling with little ones.

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms serve the home, including the primary ensuite with its soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining two bathrooms offer plenty of space to freshen up, each stocked with hair dryers, shampoo, body soap, and towels.

This waterfront home sits along the Banana River, where dolphins and manatees are frequently spotted from the dock or during a paddle. A short bike ride (bikes provided) leads to downtown Cocoa Beach, with its dining, shopping, and entertainment options, and the beach itself is just across the street for easy access to sun and surf. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, and with self check-in and a smart lock, arrival is simple and flexible.
