Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire front two units. A keyless entry system with a unique digital code ensures a smooth & secure stay.

Other things to note
Guests are asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking, just a standard document confirming care & respect for the property. Prior to arrival, guests choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Please note:
- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property with prior approval & pet fee
- No smoking or parties permitted
- One parking spot per unit - 2 spots total included

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials:
- Paper towels & toilet paper
- Coffee pods
- Dish soap, sponges & dishwasher tabs
- Light cleaning supplies & garbage bags

- No smoking or vaping inside or outside.

Pets Policy
- Pets must be leashed at all times.
- Clean up after pets inside and outside.
- Do not leave pets alone in the house.
- One pet per unit.
- Guests are responsible for any pet damages or disturbances.
- Service animals are welcome (please notify us in advance).

Breakages and Damages
- Report any breakages or damages immediately.
- Additional charges may apply for damages.
