Luxury Tiny Apartment at AVA Cocoa Beach. Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels! Less than 200 feet!! This efficiency apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental complex offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments at a resort-style property with LESS THAN A ONE MINUTE WALK to the beach! Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier;Turn Left- rockets and cruise ships! Read over 2,000+ amazing 5-STAR reviews at the same location by clicking on our profile.

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us through the App on your phone or via e-mail. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This efficiency at AVA Cocoa Beach is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, and bed are all in one picture), but you can't beat the location!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space.

This efficiency will give you the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality Beauty Rest mattress is in this unit.

There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

My wife and I stayed four nights for a short get away. The pictures of the room and area are accurate and the room was very clean.Be aware that the rooms are small but the outside area is great and while you aren't having a group in the room it was great for the wife and I.Beach access was just a short walk we made each day and having access to a wagon, chairs, umbrella, and anything else you need for the beach was also a plus.We enjoyed the town and breakfast .3 miles at Joanne's Beachside Cafe, was a great daily breakfast at a great price.Recommend and expect I will book again for a long weekend get away.

We had a wonderful stay, so close to the beach, lovely outdoor areas, great planning with the small apartment to include all the necessities. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay here again. The keyless entry, beach supplies, pergola, and clean space were all appreciated.

Great spot for a fun stay

Awesome location with easy access to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach was provided. The only downside for me was the shower size and water pressure. Room was smaller than I expected but didn't ruin a great trip.

The property owner went out of her way to explain the checkin and checkout procedure and even got new batteries for the TV I didn’t even use. She also made sure the Wi-Fi was working but I was off the grid so who needs Wi-Fi! Thanks for such great service.

I knew it was going to be small, but not THAT small. This would be ideal for smaller stature people, but for taller people like us, it was very cramped. Definitely will not book this unit or another studio unit in the future. Location was the best thing about it.

Great space for R&R and fun in the sun!

Wonderful experience at Winslow Reserve. Space is extremely clean and well cared for. Owners thought of everything to make the space and experience perfect. Used the outdoor grill and patio space daily as well as the beach gear. Appreciated the proximity to the water and even caught a night time viewing of a launch just steps away from Winslow Reserve. Booking and communication to owner was a breeze. Two thumbs up!

If you are looking to get away and stay close to the beach this is the place for you. Beach access right across the street, all the needed beach accessories supplied, IE: seats, cooler, umbrella and wagon. Stores and restaurants with in easy walking distance.

Best VRBO I’ve stayed in!

My husband and I wanted a place to go for our baby moon, we found Cocoa Beach and it blew away our expectations! The location of this property is ideal and so perfect to get to the beach, the pier, and places to eat! The room is small, like we expected, but it was perfect for us two! You can tell it is well taken care of. There is a room full of beach supplies as well that we took advantage of! The laundry room is very clean and the washer and driers are new. We will be back with our growing family!
