Beautiful 2 Bedroom and 2 Bath impeccably clean Villa Located on Cocoa Beach directly next to the Pier, and just a short drive to all the other Central Florida attractions!
Space center a few minutes north, Disney and hour west. Port Canaveral 3 Miles north.

Limited water view from Balcony that overlooks pool, but direct beachfront development, a few steps to the Pier.
One Assigned parking space. With an extra parking space that is first come and is available most of the time.

This Villa is set to impress.
Bedroom One - King Size Bed. Flat Screen Roku Smart TV.
Bedroom Two - 2 Full size Bed (new mattresses June 2023), flat screen Fire TV,.
Living area is a tranquil space with recliner and new sectional sofa (Feb 2023) Cable TV and Internet - WiFi
Ceiling Fans in both bedrooms, kitchen and over dining table.
The unit is also fully stocked with linens and towels.


If there happens to be a rainy day, there are plenty of books to read. You may even take one home if you don't get to finish it!

The heated pool is located off the balcony in the back.

The kitchen comes fully appointed. All appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and glassware. There is a Range/oven, toaster, blender and coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and tea kettle. As well as eating utensils and plenty of storage.
Dining table seats 4 comfortably and breakfast bar has 2 bar stools.

Laundry amenities with washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Nothing has been spared or left out!!

The condo is located directly on the beach, there is a private gated path to the beach. 2 Sets of extra keys provided on Key Hook in kitchen.

Walk to numerous local restaurants, small shops, local winery. There is even a local bagel shop. Enjoy the pier from a quiet established community.

This is a very small family oriented condo development. Please be respectful of other guests and residents. Quiet time is from 10pm to 7 am. No partying is allowed and unruly guests will be asked to leave without refund.

Super convenient to Cocoa Beach

Property is a wonderful place for visiting Cocoa Beach literally steps from the Pier. Owner has boogie boards and beach gear as well as plenty of towels. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Very nice, but. . .

Everything was great, location, the property itself, kitchen, the community grills we used a lot. But, one of the 2 showers was broken when we arrived, and the other made noxious sewer gas smells when you ran the water. We notified the owner and property manager. The responded professionally but it was 3 days before a plumber came. He diagnosed the problem for the broken shower. Turned our water off. Left without turning water back on. We let property manager know and Later that day water was back on. Neither issue was fixed before we left, 8 days after we arrived. We made do with one stinky shower, but it wasn’t what we thought we were getting in the bathroom department. With wife and I and 2 teenage boys, two working bathrooms was important to our choice. We’d likely stay there again but would want some reassurance that everything was in working order.

This townhouse on the beach is perfect! Located next to the Cocoa Beach pier and steps away from the beach. The townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable! This is a perfect place!

Great location!

We just came back from a 4 nights stay at this property. The location is ideal with direct access to the beach and the Pier, and plenty of restaurants near by. The property had everything we needed for a beach day or a rainy day and was very clean. Both bedrooms are large and we had plenty of space for a family of 4.

Perfect place to stay

We booked this location based on its proximity to an event we were volunteering for. It was a perfect location. The unit itself was comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed when we arrived and Matt was very kind and answered any questions we had right away. Next time we stay in Cocoa Beach I hope this property is available again.

The unit was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. I specifically loved how the owners had beach chairs and other items we could use. The kitchen was stocked and had the right amount of paper towels and toilet paper. Matt was great to work with and very responsive.

Spring Break 24

Very clean and spacious condo. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Kids loved the boogie boards to use in the ocean. We were a little bummed that we couldn't use the pool after the lights came on which was quite a bit of time before dark. Overall very nice!

Baseball trip to Cocoa Beach

The condo is exactly like advertised. Walking distance to so many attractions. The beach access was close and easy. Chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were available for use. This made packing so much easier. We never made it to the pool because we went to beach. Parking was right outside the condo, extra spaces were available if needed. The only thing I would suggest is laundry detergent and trash bags. We were asked to start laundry and take out trash and we had to go buy laundry detergent and trash bags. Also we left at 6am so we did some laundry that night but didn't have time to do more than 1 load. Would highly recommend.

Perfect vacation stay

The property was clean and ready when we checked in. The size of the facility worked well for my husband, myself, and our 2 teen boys. Grocery store was nearby to grab food to cook on-site. The kitchen was pretty small but there was plenty of room to eat and have family time in the dining room and living room area. The boys used the pool and said it was nice. We appreciated the beach access and items in the unit to use (beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). It was just a quick two minute walk to the beach which was very convenient. We did have to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and garbage bags as the unit was out but that’s ok. A few small repairs might be helpful- sinks drained slowly and cold water in sink was like warm at best but overall still better than a hotel stay. We would recommend to our friends!

Clean place with great communication from host. Nothing fancy but everything you need! Super close to the beach (walkway from back of property directly to beach) and easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants Place is just adjacent to the pier so beach a little crowded but not too bad.
