100% recommended

This hotel was one of the cheaper options so I was surprised at how nice it was. It was clean and had wonderful staff, especially the servers at dinner and breakfast. You do have to pay for breakfast, ($18) seems steep but i will say it was a top notch breakfast buffet for a hotel. Parking is the only slight downfall, the lot was very small compared to the amount of guests. Its possible there is another area for parking that I missed.. Either way it is well worth finding a parking spot. I enjoyed my stay and 100% would recommend to anyone.

Terrible Stay!

I had a very frustrating stay at this hotel. When I first checked in, I was given a room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned — it looked like someone had already been staying in it. I called the front desk, and the staff member confirmed it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I then had to wait for him to come up and give me a new key for a different room. The room I ended up in wasn’t much better — it had a musty smell and didn’t feel very clean overall. I stayed for two nights and checked out on a Sunday. It’s now been three weeks, and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I’ve called four times in that period, and each time I was told the deposit had been released and to just wait. It wasn’t until today that I was informed there was a cleaning fee charged due to alleged stains on the sheets — something I was never notified about via phone or email. Every time I previously called, no one mentioned this charge. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she wouldn’t be available until later in the day. Overall, the communication and cleanliness were poor, and the lack of transparency around charges is unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my bank if it’s not resolved. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Good price but not perfect service

The hotel room was clean, clean bed sheets and pillow. However there was a some smell (mainly in the bathroom) (either a cigarette? Or waffles?) that sometimes it was not present. I believe that it comes from ventilation in bathroom. Bathroom was renovated and it was good. The hotel room was clean, with fresh bed sheets and pillows. However, there was an occasional smell, mostly noticeable in the bathroom—something that resembled either cigarette smoke or waffles. It seemed to come from the bathroom ventilation. On the positive side, the bathroom had been renovated and was in good condition. This hotel appears to be a popular choice, attracting many guests. During our three-night stay, one evening our floor was crowded with teenagers, and another night, it was full of students. Unfortunately, both groups were quite noisy. The hotel staff was slow to address the issue; despite calling the reception multiple times, the security took a while to arrive.
