Room cleanliness.

The room was very clean. But the sink was ver slow and there wwas dirty grout around the bottom of the shower. Other than that it was very clean.

Bed was terrible! Suffered back pain and lack of sleep, bed had no cover sheet and cover had a terrible stain. This stay was much less enjoyable than prior stays.

Carpet is disgusting

I generally stay at this hotel for business once a month. I preferred a king bed but all they had available was two queen beds so I took that. Personally I had been going to dance practice to learn a dance for try outs. I forgot my gym shoes so I went barefooted in the room and doing my dance routine. The carpet was dirty and greasy feeling. When I stepped in the shower, the tub was black where my feet stepped. I will never go barefoot in a hotel room again. The carpet should not be cleaned but replaced. It is beyond cleaning.

This is a tired property that needs to be torn down and rebuilt or get a major remodel. Hard to believe this hotel is associated with Hilton.

In terms of appearance, this property was only okay. The outside entrance definitely needs some attention or updating. When i think of Hampton Inn, a certain image comes to mind. This property does not have that. The dining area, though, looked good and was clean. The room was also well appointed and very clean. I stayed 3 nights. On my 2nd night, the entire hotel lost power for about 3-4 hours (from around 11 PM to a few hours later). On my 3rd night, all power in my bathroom stopped working (lights, outlets) and the A/C stopped pumping out cold air. The fan worked but the air was no longer cold. Clearly this place needs some fixing.

The rooms were not properly cleaned, There was cobwebs around the ac and the bathroom was dirty. I went to the breakfast buffet once and it was so nasty that i did not eat or go back. Overall it was the worst Hilton hotel ive ever stayed in.
