Before arriving for my stay Aug 29-31, my account was charged for the 1st night 221.67 before check-in. Then upon arriving at this hotel, the my card was processed again for the full amount, plus the 100 security deposit for a hold on the funds 544.34 08.29.25. I had to request 221.67 1st night, be refund credit. At the time of check-out Aug 31st my card was again processed for 544.34, total amount of the stay and 100 security deposit, so over 1088.00 funds were on hold in my account. I have documentation of these transactions. And my charges 444.34 hit my account to complete my stay. I will never stay at this hotel, as no one could answer my questions or explain why 2 separate debit card holds had to be processed.

I honestly don’t know where to start when I checked in my reservation was not there so I had to pay $20 more for that day. I immediately go in and the room smells like dog piss. I go in finally lay down after a long trip and there are ink stains on the comforter of the bed. Wake up the breakfast was piss poor go back to my room to try and do laps in the pool that was said to open at nine, but I had to go find someone to open it 30 minutes later than nine so I go back to my room after swimming in the pool that had hair stuck in the drain at the bottom Disgusting… showered, getting ready to leave to go iron my clothes and there’s not a ironing board available so I ironed my clothes on the ground with the towel. It is 11:10 and housekeeping comes and knocks on the door, I tell them I am still changing, and they decided to let themselves in after I let them know that I was changing and not dressed anyways checked out asked the front desk, why they did not let me know that there was a refundable deposit which is fine cause I’ve stayed in hotels before but it’s nice to be let know before a $200 charges on my card anyways I usually stay in $200 plus hotels I will never come down to $100 motels ever again this hotel in Columbus, Ohio was one star at best. Enjoy your stay if you decide to stay here.

A disgrace

The hotel appeared to neglect real cleanliness. Looked as if it doesn’t get touched for months, the horrific smell as soon as we walked in our room was stomach turning and all together a horrible experience. The Air conditioning works off of the thermostat which was broken and the service desk attendants were not of any help. Our key cards would quit working almost every other time we used them and would have to keep going to the front desk to have them replaced, in which they all acted like we were bothering them. Look before you book!

We paid to stay at this hotel for the breakfast, and the pool. First day the pool was closed. Ok, next day the breakfast was not up to expectations. Then the elevator was out. There were a lot of stains on the mattress. I will never return.

Hotel is very outdated, needs basic repairs. Half of the outlets in the room did not work, most lights did not work some had no light bulb. Shower curtain was ripped on both sides, toilet seat was broken. Floor was dirty and carpet had stains. Sofa in room was very very dirty.
