Large suite room for family. Nice warm pool. Hotel has a dog walk area right outside of the side door, very convenient. Good breakfast as well. Very pleased with the stay.

Overall clean and pleasant place to stay

Overall it is a nice hotel. Rooms were basically clean, staff was very friendly, the one thing i felt disappointed about was not having coffe available 24 hours a day. I was told to use the personal coffee maker in my room and found filter dirty. I mentioned it the the front desk and was told the cost of having coffee out all the time was too much. The front desk also informed me the coffee machine was not dirty but the coffee filters/screens were well used and the company was planning to change them out at some time in the future. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Comfortable option with good location

Plant based / vegan options remain limited, if any. Even having plant based milk for coffee would be nice. Bed is very comfortable. Pillows are down - I’d preferred down alternative but not given option. Location is nice. Overall worth it. We were put into an accessible king room. Only one nightstand had a lamp and only one half of the bathroom mirror was lit - lighting needs improved.

The Hyatt House Columbus was Absolutely Fabulous!! The amenities were perfect and convenient. The room was Amazing. The Kitchenette, Sofa-bed, bathroom, bed were PRODIGIOUS!!!!!! The Service was Great. The Breakfast, Patio and Pool were Delectable. It was an Apartment away from home. I HIGHLY recommend the Hyatt House Columbus OSU / Short North.

Good except for a couple issues in the bathroom. Sliding door to the bathroom kept coming off the track so it was very difficult to open and close. Also the door to the shower did not close all the way so a lot of water got on the floor.
