Room was clean and comfortable. Bar Staff was outstanding. Front Desk Attendant was very helpful. Valet parting Attendant put my vehicle keys on the wrong parking ticket. The next day as I tried to get my vehicle the parking attendant on duty brought me the wrong vehicle. He then had to search all the tickets and find my correct keys. He corrected the problem, however this was unacceptable.

While I think this hotel is in a pretty good spot for a decent price, I'm surprised by the rating being as high as it is. The cleanliness of the room left more to be desired (stain on the accent chair, stain down the side of the nightstand, hair in the shower still), the parking was not very clearly marked (also notably under construction) and the one valet who spoke to us was short and unhelpful when we asked questions about how to self park. I did like the area as it was easy to get to/from a football game and is walking distance from Short North if we wanted to keep the night going. If not, it was also nice to have a bar open until 1am within the hotel itself. We did not try any breakfast since it was an extra cost. Front desk staff was super friendly as well.

We really enjoyed our stay, as always, in Columbus. This hotel is in a great location to walk anywhere including the Arena, The North Market, The Convention Center, restaurants, bars etc.. Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was really good including a Crimson Cup latte. We stayed in the Lofts Tower and were really excited to stay in a room like the ones pictured on the website with exposed brick, lots of big windows and charm. Our room was rather dark, very dimly lit even with all the lights on, only 1 medium sized window and frankly quite drab with no exposed brick. The bathroom is cute with a pedestal sink, pretty tile and a bathtub. However, in a hotel bathroom - function beats fashion- a pedestal sink and tiny decorative shelf is not sufficient when traveling with toiletries for 2 adults. The lofts concept is cool but if you aren't lucky enough to get a room like what is pictured on the site- it's a bit of a let down. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but would not pay a premium to stay in the Lofts.

No refrig in room, found 4 small pieces of trash on the floor when first entering the room, no heater/fan in bathroom, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hand towel hanging in bathroom looked like a cleaning towel. Room was adequate. No guide on the tv remote. Don’t remember seeing anything about the cost of parking on the website, but maybe I missed it. Beds were comfortable. Great location to walk to Nationwide Arena.

Could not find parking other than a very long line of cars waiting for valet ($50 plus tip). We parked on street behind hotel and walked all the way around with our luggage. For over $300 a night, i expect parking to be readily available. The manager was nice enough to waive their $23 hotel maintenance fee to offset my parking tab that the first clerk refused to validate. The room was clean but had non working window blinds, lamp and alarm clock. It would be nice it there was a vending machine in the lobby.
