We loved everything except check in and parking. That was a disaster and the most stressful. Being a Gold member one of the benefits that the website (which I have a screenshot of) said would be included if we booked there was an $18 or $21 (somewhere in that range) parking discount per day. When I asked the employee who checked me in about this, he actually never gave me a straight answer, he really only informed me that we would get $10 a day that we could apply in the hotel restaurant (which we never even had a chance to do this). That’s fine. So I waited and asked a different employee the day of check out - and he informed me that I was not able to use this benefit at all because I booked on hotels.com. He said however the amount would come off my bill (which it did not). This is false advertisement, and we loved staying there and have to travel to Columbus often but this false advertisement in benefits for gold members makes us feel we need to book somewhere else where they do uphold what is advertised on the booking site.

I was here for a weekend for an event. Staff doesn’t tell you what’s up. I was aware they have a $20 destination fee each day. And with that fee you get $10 credit for drinks/foods each day. I got breakfast each morning. But I was charged the second day because apparently you’re supposed to use the credit before midnight the night before which is stupid and states no where on the papers you sign. Housekeeping only comes when you request (it would have been nice to know before hand) I requested twice for clean towels but no one ever came. Other than horrible service and paper thin walls. I was with my young daughter (we can hear the rooms next to us) the rooms were clean and tidy. I won’t be back.

The staff went above and beyond to park my oversized van. It was greatly appreciated. The room was nice. The staff was excellent. As I approached the front desk to check in, the person at the front desk noticed I had trouble with a bad knee and, without asking, changed my room location closer to the elevator. Excellent service! Great location for the convention center. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the mini fridge in the room was only a fridge and no freezer (which I need for the ice packs I use on my knee). I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there the next time I come to a convention.

Room was clean and roomy. Front desk was always attentive. Valet was friendly but not always fast.
