This wonderful 1540 ft.ÂČ two-story house Includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This space is warm, cozy, and very comfortable. It is ideal for weekend trips in the Bay Area ,since it’s located close to supermarkets, food plazas and a BART station.
The bedrooms are newly furnished with queen size beds. You will find it easy to relax here.
Guest Access Provided in each bedroom is a Queen size bed with bed sheets, blankets, pillows and spacious closets. WiFi is available for guests.
Parking is available for guests.

Great Host -Perfect Stay

We were looking for a central location while we were visiting the northern part of California and San Francisco Bay area. This was the perfect location. The house inviting was warm and inviting. It was very well appointed with plenty Kitchen, utensils, appliances, and linen. The neighborhood was quiet. Patio was charming with adequate seating for several people.Bela was very responsive and quick to offer any assistance necessary. I do appreciate that when we went to leave there was very little that she requested us to take care of. We also had a request for the owner to visit the property While we were there and very much appreciate them comping a nights stay for any inconvenience. Host a bottle of wine for us to enjoy, which was a lovely touch . Definitely recommend us home for anyone visiting this area.

Clean, in need of updates

Accessing property was easy. House is in older neighborhood mixed with well kept homes and homes in need of repairs. This home is in need of updates. Pictures do not convey the age or extreme wear of furniture. The sofa pictured is not the same as in the house. It has considerable wear and is extremely uncomfortable. Beds are very same as picture, but very uncomfortable. Mattresses are inexpensive and thin, beds creak when you move in them. One room has a futon, not a queen bed. Different desk than pictured (which is not a bad thing). Linens on bed are clean and comfortable. Towels in bathrooms are clean and seem newer. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. Be cautious! Floor tiles in shower are very slippery. Cobwebs in some areas, but rooms overall are fairly clean. Rugs are stained and old though. Coffee table in front room extremely unstable. Large backyard. We didn't use it, but it looks like there is a newer slab of concrete in one area. Stairs are very noisy, creak when walking up and down. No deadbolt on front door, which was a bit unsettling. Garage was spacious and we parked one car there. Access to laundry made it easy to clean the towels we used. No clear checkout directions. Tiny kitchen but worked for what we needed.

Lovely home

We had a lovely stay. Everything was super clean and convenient. We appreciated the renovated bathrooms and sweet touches like the bottle of wine and the way the paper goods and towels were folded in cheery bows. Proximity to the freeway made it very easy to get to St Marys for our son’s graduation events. But not close enough to the freeway to be noisy. Our pup enjoyed the big backyard Thank you!

We were all comfortable with the accommodations. The location was convenient to visit with family in Sacramento for a wedding and to tour San Francisco. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable accommodations, easy to get onto main highways & close to great shops & restaurants. Host made check in and out very easy & was very quick with answers to any of our questions. Hope to be able to rent this again when in area!

Great location

As others have stated, the furnishings are a bit dated but it served our needs perfectly and was a great value for the money. The bathrooms are nicely remodeled and the yard was very nice. We enjoyed the covered patio. We had a minor issue and the owner responded very quickly. We have family nearby and look forward to staying here again.

Exactly what we needed

The house was great. It had plenty of sleeping spots and was comfortable and roomy. My only suggestion would be to have better cookware. I cook a lot, even on vacation and it was difficult with what they had. Other than that, it was great.

Spacious house with great backyard space

Backyard space is really nice with some beautiful landscaping. Property manager was very responsive. Unusual light bulb burned out in the upstairs bath making it difficult to get ready since it was impractical for all of us to use the downstairs bath. House is showing some wear and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new furniture in some areas.

This property was ideal for our needs. It was close to my mother's house and had enough beds for all that stayed. The patio had plenty of chairs for all. We did miss having a booklet with entering and leaving instructions. Also needed instructions for the day bed. Loved staying here.

Perfect for our needs!

This lovely home was great for our stay. It was very spacious and well stocked. We were there to visit our daughter who just had a baby in the next town over. While we spent quite a bit of time at my daughter’s home it was nice to come back to this home for showering and sleeping. Would love to stay there again for future visits.

Clean property with wonderful host.

This is a beautiful property with comfortable beds. We were traveling with show dogs and host was very supportive. Nice secure backyard for your fur family members. Added benefit was a squirrel running the fence line. Entertainment for the dogs. They would sit in the shade and watch for it to reappear. Nice coffee and hot pots. Not much of a cooks kitchen. All basics are covered though.

Would I stay there again? In a heart beat.

Let's see what was lacking? Well I could have used a mop, , a bucket, a vacuum cleaner. I was there for 10 days and after three or four days those things come in handy, benefittng both renter and landlord. There was a broom and a carpet sweeper though. Out of 5 stars I would give 4 and a half. I have stayed at places that provided candy and pamphlets on surrounding activities. Would that have made my stay better? Probably, but that does not detract from the quality of the property. Access to a clean spacious garage was definitely a plus. The fully operational washer and dryer was very convenient, and I did not take the missing knob. There were plenty of clean towels, the bath rooms were immaculate and fully functional, the furnace airconditioner, wifi, tv, dishwasher refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, stove and oven, combination door lock, operated perfectly. The bed I chose on the first floor was not too soft nor too hard, a wonderful combination. ANY issues I had Bella responded positively, immediately. She was great. The location is wonderful. It is in a completely quiet residential neighborhood but close to commercial areas and parks. The place was very roomy, spacious, clean, practical, well appointed including paintings on the wall, with close attention given to the front and spacious, fully furnished back yard. I stayed there alone but one of the nights my daughter and five of my grandchildren stayed over and there was plenty of room and sleeping space for every one. Would I stay there again? In a heart beat.
