The hotel was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t bad, your standard free hotel breakfast. The pillows weren’t the best. The people who stayed above us were loud and woke me up but that wasn’t a hotel issue

We had a family reunion with members flying in to visit the family in Cottonwood and Camp Verde, friends in Sedona. 30+ met in Prescott for a picnic one day but we did things together in the area for a week. 4 of my sons chose Springhill for the location being within a couple miles to 3 of the family if we wanted to visit. Only downside was eating options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was good. Vinny's Pizza across the street was good and accommodating for a group of 12 that showed up one day. The staff at Springhill Suites were friendly and eager to accommodate our requests to play dominoes when the breakfast area was done serving. Small snacks available at the front desk area. Reese at the front desk welcomed us and treated us like valued guests. Management thanked us for choosing them. The price was competitive with the local AirBnBs. We will use them for lodging when we get together again!

Nice newer property, very clean and reasonably quiet most of the time. There was a group of young athletes staying during our stay, they got a little out of control on the last night, running up and down the halls and yelling - to be expected, I suppose, but it would have been nice if the parent/chaperones had reined them in. Hotel staff didn’t seem able to.
