Very disappointed, and some of the conditions of our room the tile in the bathroom was broken. Parts were missing large crack in the basin of the sink.

I stepped into a hole near the no parking warning sign at the entrance. It was in the evening as I was walking my dog before bedtime. I reported it to the woman at the counter along with a man who I assume was in maintenance. There is also a metal rod sticking out of the ground which if I landed on it could cause serious injury. I was told by both employees that the hole would be filled the next day. When I left three days later it still was not fixed. Thankfully I was not injured but you may not be so lucky the next time. You have a major lawsuit waiting to happen.

I like that it was off/away from the main thoroughfare. That is what contributed to it being a more quiet facility. I was in room 208 and the air conditioning wasn't quite as cool as it should have been.
