The check in was so accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were incredible throughout the stay. The gentlemen at the restaurant/bar not so much though. Spent a lot of time on his phone texting :)

The whole property was very clean even the elevator was sweeper clean. The young man behind the counter was very friendly. I admired his coolness when he couldn’t find a reservation for another family that had booked at another location. A little short of handicap parking but the parking area was well lit at night. We’re not drinkers so we didn’t visit the Bar.

The room was a little dated but overall clean and comfortable. The ice machine was out on our floor so we had to go to the front desk for ice which a bit of an inconvenience.

Like many hotels in the Arlington area, this one has seen a lot of guests. It’s a nicer setup than you’ll find in a lot of the other hotels in its price range in this area. That being the case, this Holiday Inn does not include breakfast, and still charges you an incidental deposit per room at check in. Rooms are not bad. Not new looking, not worn out. Beds are pretty comfortable. Guess that’s the important stuff. Might stay here again if I was in the area. However, there are some newer properties for not a lot more money.
