"I was almost a day late to check-in. So they took a whole day reservation and i stayed for only 2 hrs of that day. So i expected the hotel staff understand my situation that was caused by the weather , but they said they couldn't do anything about it."

"酒店的室外泳池和海景确实不错，是为数不多的亮点，但除此之外，整体体验与其五星级定位有明显差距。 首先，硬件设施较为一般，例如房间电视几乎无法正常观看，体验较差。服务方面问题更为突出，整体水准 明显不达标，员工服务意识和专业性都不足，很难让人感受到五星级酒店应有的品质。 入住过程尤其令人不满意。我预订的是海景双床房，但最初却被安排到单床房；第一次投诉后被更换到 partial sea view 房型，依然与预订不符；直到再次投诉，才最终入住到正确的房型。整个过程反复折腾，耗费时间也影响了入住心情。此外，大堂经理当时承诺赠送下午茶作为补偿，但最终并未兑现，这一点非常减分，也让人对酒店的服务承诺产生质疑。 ..."

"I had to change room because the wall between rooms is not sound proof. At around 3:30 am to 4:00 am. The room either above me or next to me was taking a shower or using their bathroom, and the draining water sound abruptly woke me up, I THOUGHT THE WATER WAS DRAINING DOWN ON ME !!!"
