$25 pet fee per pet, per night requested separately after booking.
A lease agreement and a separate $300 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $12 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups donât pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
