Welcome to the worlds most famous Beach! Updated Boho Studio Condo by the ocean. Condo sleeps two with a Queen size bed, a kitchenette, and tub/shower combo. Property offers a outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a game room, a small gym, and gated beach access. Daytona boasts miles of pristine sand, sun, and saltwater.. right outside the resort. Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean while relaxing poolside. Then spend your evenings taking a stroll as the sun sets in Paradise.

Check in easy, done through the application. Goodside Micro fridge and Kurig in room. Comfortable bed Bad side tub backed up, Ac underwhelming, toilet needs new guts does not work properly. And ever night the smell of pot being smoked. Lovely

The property was not at all what we expected and very disappointed. The online picture looked better than the actual property. Very dark with musty and mildew oder. We opted not to stay at the property because we also did not feel safe. Requestimg a full refund.

A weekend getaway

Just was in town for the weekend. Great, cozy and clean unit and property for the price. Property staff was all nice and asked if I needed anything and how my stay was when I was outside walking the grounds. Everyone spoke to one another when in passing. Kelly and Justin literally goes all out to make sure you have everything you might have forgotten to pack. I loved the thought of the beach chairs you could use. The mattress! If I could have snuck it onto the plane, it would have came up missing from the unit, lol.

Beach studio

Definitely a cozy studio, but very convenient being beach front. It was just right for the two of us and a short getaway to a favorite beach of ours. We liked using the steps as the wait for the elevator was long, it was small, and 1 flight of steps with a view of the ocean at the top step made it nicer.

Fun in the Sun

Five star if your plan is to be poolside or on the beach all day and the room is just to sleep or shower. Our host Kelly provides everything you may need in this condo; beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Communication with host Kelly was great. The room is not large but I feel there is room for the addition of one chair as the only place to sit is on the bed. The "open" pool was very nice and is basically right on the beach; the best of both worlds.

Was a great get away the place is supplied wirh everything you need from phone chargers to shampoo , rhe bed was super comfey , had a cooler, umbrella, beach chairs towels , the works ! Will definitely stay again !

This property was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Florida. We were on the beach, had an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, close to Planet Fitness, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, the room was stocked with anything imaginable that we could need. I give it an A rating.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Checkin was easy and our place was well decorated and had everything you need from utensils to extra shaving cream and everything inbetween. The only downside is this unit is close to the main road so road noise at night was a little annoying - Bike Week approaching in Daytona so a lot of bikes going by. However, late evenng and mornings were very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again.

Basic Beach Stay

The room was nicely appointed for a basic accommodation. There was a big police kerfuffle outside of our door one night during our stay that wasn't so pleasant. The pool was nice, but the furniture was pretty run down. There was no path down to the beach, despite being beachfront. There is a lovely little breakfast and lunch spot 5 minutes walk down the road, which we loved.
